The hotel was hip new, but I stayed for 1 night only. The staff was willing to help the entire time. The service was attentive, just like I expected.
Facilities were clean, but Wi-Fi was quite slow.

the breakfast was superb and the staff were ready to help, the bed was nice. the hotel rooms were very specious and rather big. the best part was the beautiful view of the castle. optimal location, a couple of blocks away from kuala lumpur convention center. i really enjoyed having a metro station within 5 minutes walk.

The staff were very courteous, the room was bright and I liked wonderful location. And it also had lovely view. Eggs, tea, coffee, cereal and cheese - astonishing breakfast. Best value and incredible service...

There were awesome location and staff. Luxury bathroom, very clean bed, pleasant bedroom. I loved coffee, yoghourt, hot waffles, fresh bread and eggs for breakfast, which was included. Very modern interior, wonderful restaurant. Had access to its wifi, it was excellent. I had luxurious days staying at this shopping hotel.
Well, the views were really bad here.

Check-in was quick, the service was EXCELLENT. Our room was welcoming and unique on their bed. Enjoyed their fine drinks, served in the downstairs bar.

I loved that the lobby was beautiful. Got decent, decent room with twin tower view. Generally everything was outstanding, nonetheless the bathroom was extremely small.
Some people working there were discourteous.

We spent just 15 minutes to walk to suria klcc. The hotel was situated close to the ampang park bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. Spiral Lounge was 10 mins walk away...
